Brain Sports

Train your body and brain together.

Brain Sports are physical activities that support brain health by combining movement, attention, coordination, balance, reaction, memory, decision-making, and social connection. The best Brain Sport is one you enjoy, can do safely, and are willing to keep doing.

Start gently. Use a safe, flat area when needed. Stop if you feel chest pain, dizziness, unusual shortness of breath, severe pain, or feel unstable. Ask your doctor before starting a new exercise program if you have heart problems, fall risk, severe joint pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or other medical concerns.
